CHC locations accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances and offer a sliding fee discount program for eligible low income families. Health centers provide health care regardless of your ability to pay and even if you have no health insurance. This facility provides adult medicine, pediatric care, dental services, vision and hearing screening through EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnoses and Treatment Program for Medicaid eligible children), immunizations, dental services, and a pharmacy.
